  1. This is the very first release of ORBITAL ELEMENTS UTILITIES and as in any new
  2. program there will be bugs.  The best way to find most, if not all bug, is to
  3. let more than one person beat it to death.  That is were I hope that you will
  4. help me out.  Since you will be one of the first to use OEU, I would like to
  5. hear from you after you have used OEU for a period of time.  Let me know what
  6. you think of it.  Tell me about any problems that you have found and most of
  7. all your suggestions to improve OEU.
